Each year, the University of Mississippi hosts an annual Single Reed Summit.  Middle school, high school, and college students, as well as adult saxophone and clarinet hobbyists actively participate in clinics, master classes, perform in recitals, and attend featured guest artist concerts.   Past saxophone guest artists have been Clifford Leaman, Jeffrey Heisler, and Kenneth Tse will headline the featured guest artists in 2017.

For the past five years, the Assembly Quartet has served as faculty for the Carolina Saxophone Camp.  Beginning in 2017, they will be hosting their annual event on the campus of Western Carolina University.

Since 2012, Estes has served on the faculty of Dakota Chamber Music. This festival is held on the campus of Minot State University each summer "where students and faculty work together to understand and communicate the language of music.  Faculty model and coach curiosity about history and theory, as well as creative solutions to rhythmic, technical, and interpretation problems.  The end results are driven by community."
